Diane O’Neal is a spiritual practitioner, intuitive creative strategist, writer, advisor and guide, moving from an integral cosmology that understands our spiritual healing and consciousness expansion is a necessary foundation for collective evolution.

Diane’s work is rooted in cultural theory, with embodied integration across both western perspectives and indigenous understandings. As a practitioner and strategist serving the development of new systems and cultural futures aligned with the intelligence of life, she brings emergent, regenerative, mystic and culturally informed lenses and methodologies to the work. In addition to her ongoing independent research and personal journey, she is trained in a number of spiritual lineages and energetic healing modalities, including traditional Hawaiian La’au Lapa’au (mystic herbalism).

She currently serves as steward of daolabs - a body of work fostering conscious futures - and as a strategic advisor and council member for Denizen, the Institute for Sustainable Futures, and initiatives focused on systems-change, local solutions, and (k)new futures. She is also host of here & open talk radio on KWMR, and offers her voice and council as an agent of spiritual clarity and co-creative leadership.
