Diane O’Neal is a spiritual practitioner, intuitive creative strategist, writer, advisor and guide, moving from an integral cosmology that understands our spiritual healing and consciousness expansion is a necessary foundation for collective evolution and meeting the needs of our time. 

She brings emergent, regenerative, systems thinking, decolonial and culturally informed lenses and methodologies to the work, as well as insights from ongoing independent research, and her own personal journey and spiritual access. She is trained in a number of spiritual and energetic healing modalities, including traditional Hawaiian La’au Lapa’au (mystic herbalism), and offers her voice and council as an agent of spiritual clarity and co-creative leadership.

She currently serves as steward of daolabs, host of here & open radio on KWMR, as a strategic advisor and council member for Denizen, the Institute for Sustainable Futures, and other social enterprise, place-based and values-based projects and organizations.
