Diane O’Neal is an intuitive creative, strategist, writer, advisor and spiritual practitioner, moving from an integral worldview that understands our spiritual healing and consciousness expansion is the foundation for our collective evolution, and necessary to address the challenges of our time.
Her professional work has largely focused on brand-building, activation and community engagement. She facilitates the creation of strategic foundations and aligned expressions that are rooted in an entity’s unique blueprint and potential, bringing what’s most alive forward. She has a distinct gift for sensing novel opportunities for impact and positioning, and establishing frameworks that clarify and guide the work. She brings emergent, regenerative, systems thinking and culturally informed lens’ and methodologies to the process, as well as insights from ongoing independent research and inquiry, and her own personal and spiritual growth. She is trained in a number of spiritual and energetic healing modalities, including traditional Hawaiian La’au Lapa’au.
Diane most recently served as Hawai’i Public Radio’s Director of Community Engagement and Strategic Initiatives. She is founder of the daolabs conscious culture studio, and serves as a strategic advisor for Denizen, The Institute for Sustainable Futures, and Pollinators for Change, along with other social enterprise, place-based and values-based projects and organizations.
